10. I thought there was a sale, but it says it's over? Why?

 

All files are high quality 300 dpi (dots-per-inch). The files included are either jpgs or pngs. Pngs are used because of the transparent background, which allows you to place the accessory, stamp, alphabet, or title on other backgrounds.

2. When are promotions, specials, or discounts given?

New products are always being added to the store, and some have discounts when they first arrive. To find out when there are new arrivals or promotions, you can check back at the website often (usually you will be able to see what the special is by clicking on shop) or you can sign up for the newsletter. The newsletter will let you know when we will have limited sales (for example, a weekend special) or when new products have arrived.

3. How do I pay?

At this time, we only accept payments from PayPal. You are transfered to a secure server during your checkout to PayPal's website. You can easily set up an account with PayPal or even pay without creating an account. Credit card information is NOT taken at Digi Nirvana.

4. How do I get everything I just purchased?

Normally, you will be automatically directed back to Digi Nirvana's website once you have made the purchase through PayPal. If you are not directed back to Digi Nirvana from PayPal, all you need to do is log back into your account at Digi Nirvana's website. Your downloadable products will be waiting for you.

5. How long do I have to download my files?

You will have seven days and three download attempts before the downloads will expire. If you have problems after that, please contact me.

6. How do I contact you if something goes wrong or I have questions or comments?

7. Do you have a commerical use policy?

Currently, products bought from Digi Nirvana can NOT be used for commercial purposes. You may contact me for further inquiries.

8. Can I share my downloads with family and friends?

All products bought from Digi Nirvana by you is for personal use only. While it is tempting to share with family and friends, Digi Nirvana products are meant for the paying customer only. Please refer to the conditions of use which can be found by clicking on shop > conditions of use (found on the bottom navigation bar).

9. My computer crashed. Can I get any of the files I recently purchased?

I can reset your downloads for the products you bought during the last two months (from the day you contact us about the issue). Any purchases made before that time will not be reset. No exceptions will be made! Please back up your files often!

Sales start and end at midnight, USA, mountain time. Please be aware of this when you are buying during promotional periods.
